Sylvia V. Blemmer, LMA, CLT

Associates in Dermatology is excited to welcome Sylvia Blemmer to its team of skin care specialists. Sylvia is a Master Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She will be offering multiple services to include: Laser Hair removal, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Facials, Skin Care, and more.

Sylvia’s passion for skincare and cosmetics began in 1986 at Coliseum Mall as a cosmetic sales consultant. It was after working as a Human Resource Manager that she decided upon a career move back to aesthetics. In 2005, Sylvia graduated from the American Spirit Institute in Williamsburg, VA and practiced esthetic services for the next four years. In 2009, she became a Licensed Master Aesthetician.

Recently, Sylvia relocated to Newport News with a total of seven years professional experience. Her knowledge of skin, cosmetics and aesthetician services, is complemented by her passion for educating and sharing the importance of healthy skin. She will work closely with the physicians of Associates in Dermatology to help continue our long tradition of providing dermatological excellence to the Hampton Roads Community.
